Our strength and conditioning workouts are made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life. The workouts offer group training throughout the week at various times. They also offer classes on Saturdays that consist of partner workouts! The trainers at Chaos are welcoming and want everyone to feel comfortable trying out this growing workout community.
